There are many styles of non-woven bags, and the workmanship and process of each style are slightly different. Today, Yongye Packaging briefly introduces the general production process of non-woven bags.
The production process of environmentally friendly non-woven bags: selecting fabrics - planting and cutting - printing and printing - sewing - packaging.
1. Choose the fabric
When receiving an order for an environmentally friendly non-woven bag, the first step is to select the fabric. A good fabric can look good on the produced eco-friendly shopping bag. The fabric is probably the first to choose the one that has a lustrous appearance, the difference in vertical and horizontal tension is small, and the hand feel A stiffer fabric. In the selection of the gram weight of the fabric, it is appropriate to be useful.
Sometimes the surface of the fabric should be selected to be shiny. The surface of the fabric is glossy, so, for the later printing production, one is good printing, and the other is the effect of printing will be very good. In this way, the overall effect will be very good, and such shopping bags will definitely be deeply loved by consumers.
Sometimes it is a little harder to choose fabrics. The harder fabric can stand up and hold up, highlighting the overall effect of the reusable bag, which is very useful. Whenever I shop, I put a certain amount of items, which will not be damaged or damaged. Safe and practical, this is the norm for shopping bags.
Similarly, the vertical and horizontal tension difference of the fabric is required to be small, which is also to ensure that the shopping bag has a good performance in terms of load-bearing.
2. Planting and cutting
The fabric is ready and placed in the warehouse. The next work is how to make these large rolls of fabric into bags, and cut it into pieces and strips of small pieces of fabric.
The environmentally friendly non-woven bag is equal to a three-dimensional cuboid or cube. Well, it has six sides, among which, the top is empty, so the shopping bag actually only needs five sides, another large side at the front and back, two side sides on the left and right, and one side at the bottom. What we are talking about here is the sewing method to make shopping bags, which is different from ultrasonic non-woven bags.
We use automatic cutting machine and slitting machine to cut the fabric into small pieces of the size we need according to the size. The large pieces cut in between are the three-sided commissures used to print the front and rear plus the bottom. Then there is the side, carrying the hand, and wrapping the edge. This is the so-called slicing, which refers to the handle and edging. Because they are very narrow, it is necessary to cut into very small slivers to cooperate with the processing of the product.
Usually screen printing is used. Since it is purely hand-printed piece by piece, its speed and progress will be slower than machine printing, and of course the cost will be higher than machine printing. But its advantages are also obvious, it can print very few, and the error rate is relatively low.
When printing, we should pay attention to the printed words and pictures with excellent fullness, and the control of the scale should be able to highlight the role of the entire shopping bag.
According to certain standards and styles, like sewing clothes, large pieces of fabric, small pieces, handles, edging and other fabrics are sewn together to become the exquisite non-woven bags of the products we have seen. There are many sewing methods for sewing. For example, at the handle and the large interface, it is not necessary to make a cross. The cross is to increase the firmness. On the side is a few lines to go, the length of the strap, and so on.
Fold the bag and pack it according to the customer's needs, whether to pack each individually, the box is not correctly attached, etc.
